This sums up how I'm feeling about blogging at the moment. And I'm not sure how to get out of the slump.
My main problem is that I feel my blog is 'blah.' It looks great thanks to the lovely Katrina but I feel like I have a very boring, bland blog. Which is strange because I really don't live a boring, bland life. (Unless I do and I just don't realise it....)
Most people's blog have a theme, a focus. I feel like I'm a bit lost and I need some direction.
So bloggers and lurkers HELP ME OUT. What do you want to see? What makes for an interesting, fun blog? If you were me what would you do to refocus?

Well I love it, love the reno pics and stories (we too have been renovating for the last five years), the room makeover piccies, the photos of Toowoomba (love that place with its perfect opshops and flowers!) and the tattoo post, cracked me up, don't change a thing x
Oh don't give up, I really enjoy your blog! I must admit I think we all feel that slump now and then. I do have a theme but when the renovating money runs out, what do I do? I just prattle on I guess - seems to be working. Hang in there... I am looking forward to hearing more about your home and your camping holiday. ;-)
It's hard to do a reno blog when the renos aren't happening or it's just painting and more painting. So I totally get what you're saying. Most of my blog posts are off the cuff and rarely planned. I kind of go with the flow. You'd be surprised how popular my more mundane posts are - like the Buddha bottle!!! Anyway, I'm still reading you! xx
I enjoy reading your blog.
For what it's worth, I think it's about the writing and not necessarily the content...if that makes sense? I enjoy reading blogs about a variety of things so a "theme" as such is not too important to me.
Most of the time, I write for me, as a kind of memory keeper or diary of things. That way, it's not a worry about who is reading. Sometimes, the 'what I did today' kind of post can be a real treasure.
Keep writing. x
